How long will it take me to receive my order?
All CD orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of your order, and should arrive within 10-14 days of shipment.
Regarding MP3 purchases: Upon payment, your order will be processed and you will automatically receive an email with a link where you can download your purchased music. You will be able to download your file(s) as many as 3 times, so that you can have your downloaded music on multiple computers that you may own.
What does the “MP3” purchase option mean?
ELAV VOL. 1 is being offered both in CD format and in digital MP3 format - that means that you can purchase ELAV VOL. 1 directly from this website and have it delivered straight to your computer via email. You will not receive a CD and booklet in the mail, but you will get the music as MP3 files that you can play on any MP3 player on your computer, like iTunes or Windows Media Player, or put them on any portable MP3 player, like an iPod or cell phone that plays music.
I would like chord sheets of the song from ELAV VOL. 1 so that I can play them myself, how can I find them?
All chord sheets are free, notice the purchase option for them on the home page. You will not be charged for the chord sheets, but you will need to place an order, and after your order is processed, you will automatically receive a file with all of the chord sheets via email.
