DIRECTIONS TO SUCCAT HALLEL

Succat Hallel is on Hebron Road (“Derech Hevron” in Hebrew), just south of the Old City of Jerusalem, between Cinematheque (temporarily under renovation) and Mount Zion Hotel.

Arriving by Bus or Taxi

Ask for Mount Zion Hotel – all taxi drivers know where this is. If arriving by bus, follow the map from your bus stop to Mt. Zion Hotel.

From the hotel, walk downhill on Hebron Road for about 200 yards/metres. Just before the pedestrian footbridge over Hebron Road you will see a green gate on the right-hand side, with a small sign on the fence marked “24/7”. Go through the gate, down the stone steps, and enter the prayer room through the white double doors.

Arriving by your own transport

If you are coming with your own transportation, the easiest place to find parking is across the street from Mount Zion Hotel. Follow the directions above.

Walking from the Old City

We are less than 15 minutes walk from the Old City. Leave the Old City by Jaffa Gate, turn left, and walk downhill on Hativat Yerushalayim. At the traffic lights at the bottom of the hill, turn right onto Hebron Road. Walk uphill until you pass underneath the pedestrian footbridge crossing Hebron Road. Look for the first green gate just after the footbridge – on the left-hand side of the road. Beside the gate is a small sign marked “24/7”. Go through the gate, down the stone steps, and enter the prayer room through the white double doors.
